My name is Jose Angel Cernuda and I am an independent web designer and implementer.

Located in Panama City Panama, my main goal is to provide easy to implement and to use websites to individuals, businesses, artists and non-profit organizations around the world.

Website desing should not be something that should scare you, all you need is to have an idea and what do you want or expect your website do for you and/or your business. I can adapt to your needs, maybe you want to do it yourself and all you need are some directions and coachig to start building it on you own, or maybe you would like to have I build it for you and teach you how you can edit and change stuff afterwards.
